Job Description 

• The post holder works collaboratively within the Practice Nursing Team, undertaking tasks and duties under indirect supervision or delegated by senior professional.
• They will work with the Practice Team to meet the needs of patients, following policy, protocols and procedures within their scope of practice.
• The role requires initiative and good judgement but will always be supported by other more senior clinicians on duty who will be available to advise. The HCA will provide a supportive, training and educational role for new or junior members of staff as required.
