Job Description

• o undertake weekly assessments - To do urgent and Crises follow up assessments. To offer treatment to allocated cases. To attend MDT and team meetings. Attend CPA, Child protection and Child in need meeting as required.

Requirements

• Assessment and formulation skills- Risk assessment and Risk management skills. Care planning skills. Good verbal and written communication. Skills in partnership working. Experience working with young people, families, and school/ Social care
