Job Description 

A unique opportunity has arisen in the Workforce Directorate for a full time Medical Staffing Administrator

Good communication, attention to detail and strong administration skills are essential to this role as are experience of Microsoft Office packages and all aspects of office work.

You will be responsible for the delivery of a timely, accurate and high quality customer focused service ensuring safe recruitment practices and medical locum sourcing are maintained and all service requirements are complied with accurately, on time and are delivered in a professional customer focused way.

You will need to be motivated, flexible and able to work independently and at times under pressure.

Communication/Customer Service and Team working. Communicate information relating to the whole recruitment process to colleagues and applicants in a timely manner. Ensure safe recruitment practices are maintained and all service requirements are complied with accurately, on time and are delivered in a professional customer focused way Responsible for all Deanery and Trust Junior Doctors Recruitment and Retention and to send out letters of confirmation and all associated paperwork. Ensuring the Medical Tracker is current and reflects the rotations, delegate to team members as necessary to ensure fair division of work. Propose changes to departmental policies and procedures as and when appropriate. To assist in the development of new protocols and make suggestions to improve the service Organise the yearly change over of medical staff and completing of all associateddocumentation and changes in Deanery appointed staff outside this period Attend internal and external workshops and training courses and feedback to the Medical Workforce and wider HR team To update the Medical Workforce team with new and existing processes the post holder may come across
