Job Description

• Care coordination, caseload management, risk and core assessments, care act assessments, duty role, care planning, medication / depot administration, physical health checks, social care reports, tribunal reports and attendance, infection control.

Requirements

• Qualified Community mental health nurse/RMN, Knowledge of RIO, experience of completing mental health assessments, Care Act assessments, interpersonal skills, communications skills, advocacy skills, documentation skills
